Gregg's Special Beef Dry Rub

2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tbsp. dry thyme
1 1/2 tsp. cumin
2 tbsp. granulated garlic
1 tbsp. coriander
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. cajun seasoning
Directions: Whisk the ingredients together until well blended. Store in an airtight container.
