This is Kansas City BBQ at its best. We pull apart our bone-in pork butt using the old traditional technique. Then, we slather it in our Crazy Good KC Style Barbecue Sauce made of sweet molasses, sun-grown tomatoes, tart vinegar and a hint of black pepper. Two pounds of vacuum sealed deliciousness in every order.

Cooking

  • Thaw in refrigerator for 1 day or overnight.
  • Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove from packaging and heat in oven until warm, about 15 minutes.
  • Microwave: Remove pulled pork from packaging and put in a microwave safe container. Place in the microwave and cover while heating. Heat on high for 2 minutes, stir and heat for 1 minute. Remove from microwave and let rest for 1 minute.
