Cajun Molasses Steak Sauce

Cajun Molasses Steak Sauce

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 cup onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 cup molasses
1 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
1/2 cup full bodied red wine
2 tbsp. cajun spice blend
Directions: Melt butter with oil in a saucepan. Saute onion and garlic until fragrant but not browned. Add remaining ingredients, stirring to blend thoroughly. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with steaks grill as desired.
