4S" (Super Secret Steak Soak)

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, plus extra
2 tbsp. kosher salt
2 tbsp. black pepper, freshly ground
1 clove garlic, crushed
4 Kansas City Strip Steaks, 10 oz. each
6 oz. of good wine
assorted dry herbs and spices
Directions: In a small mixing bowl, combine vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, and garlic. Place Kansas City Strip Steaks in a 1-gallon size zipper bag and pour contents of bowl in. Squeeze out as much air as possible and seal bag. Allow to marinade for at least 1 hour (counter top) or up to 4 hours (refrigerator). Remove steaks from bag and grill to medium rare.
