1. Roasted red pepper - roast over open flame and then cut up into Kansas City Strip Steaks 2. Applewood bacon - cook both strips on med high heat and then crumble up 3. Steak - season steak liberally with Kansas City Steak Company Original Steak Seasoning 4. Take a cast iron skillet and turn on high heat, melt 4 oz. of butter and place steak into butter, if making a charred crust, cook 3 min. on each side creating the crust, then place blue cheese across the steak and place in oven on broil setting to melt the cheese. This should take 5 min. or so. Assembly: Open sub bun length wise and place steak on bottom then add red peppers and bacon on top of the blue cheese and add your favorite mayo and enjoy!
