Over medium heat, in a heavy bottomed pot, cook the Sweet Vidalia Ground Beef until done and strain off grease. Add jalapeno and garlic and cook for five minutes. Add chocolate, cumin and chili powder and cook for five more minutes. Add tomatoes and beans and cover with water, season with salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer and reduce heat to low.
