  • Type of Meat/Cut: Kansas City Boneless Ribeye Steak
  • 1/2 cup tomato powder
  • 1/8 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Pacifica Culinaria Roasted Chili Avocado Oil*
  • 2 tbsp. chili powder
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp. shallot, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. Liquid Smoke
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tbsp. kosher salt
  • 1 tsp. fresh ground pepper
  • 3 dashes hot sauce

Combine all ingredients till it forms a paste, add water if necessary to create a nice thick paste. Bring beef to room temperature, then season with salt and pepper. Coat all sides of the meat with the paste and really rub into the meat well. Let the meat sit in the paste for at least an hour, then grill. *If this is unavailable use a neutral oil, such as canola and add an additional tsp of chili powder, but if possible the avocado oil works really great!
