  • 4 seasoned steaks or boneless beef  Top Sirloin steaks certified by the American Heart Association
  • 1/3 cup lime juice
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp. jalapeno, minced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

Combine steak and all ingredients in a large heavy-duty zip top bag. Refrigerate sealed bag for 8 – 12 hours, turning occasionally. Remove steak from bag, reserving marinade. Preheat grill or broiler. Place steak on grill rack or broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Baste the steak two to three times during the cooking process with the marinade. Cook 8 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
