  • 1 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 1/4 cup mango, peeled, sliced
  • 1/4 cup currants
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup red onion, minced
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, seeded, ¼ in diced
  • 1/4 cup almonds, silvered
  • 2 tsp. ginger, peeled, minced
  • 2 tsp. mustard seeds, crushed
  • 2 jalapeno pepper, minced

Details

Combine all ingredients & bring to boil. Reduce to simmer, cook 30 minutes. Drain off liquid, and reduce that liquid by half. Return liquid to the chutney and stir to combine. Cool before serving.
