Recipe Ingredients

  • 16oz Kansas City Boneless Ribeye Steak
  • 1 Sweet onion, cut in thick rounds
  • 1/2 cup of Mayo
  • 2-3 Tbsp. Sriracha Hot Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Lime Juice
  • 1 Toasted Sesame Seed Oil
  • 1 English Cucumber, peeled and cut into ½ inch spears
  • 1 bunch Cilantro
  • 1/2 cup julienned cut carrot
  • 1/2 cup julienned cut daikon radish
  • 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 white sugar
  • 1/4 water
  • Chili powder
  • Good Sandwich Bread
  • Dry Rub(recipe below)
  • Kosher Salt & Pepper
  • Rub: 3 Tbsp. Chinese five spice powder
  • 1 Tbsp. sweet paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. mustard powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
