Combine the first five ingredients in a bowl. Whisk well. Place the marinade in a zip top bag. Place the pork chops or pork loin in the marinade. Allow the meat to marinate for 30 – 45 minutes. Remove the meat from the marinade and season with Montreal steak seasoning. Reserve the marinade for basting. Place the meat on a preheated grill. Sear the meat on high for 1 to 2 minutes. Reduce the heat and grill the meat until an internal temperature of 145 degrees has been reached. Baste the meat every couple of minutes with the marinade.
