  • 2 cups Dijon Mustard
  • 2 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 pimiento, finely chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
  • 5 sprigs parsley, finely chopped (optional)

Details

Put mustard, oil and vinegar in a blender and mix well. Pour mixture into a bowl and add remaining ingredients. Blend well and serve over salad greens.
