1. Put butter in mixing bowl and add the wine, shallots, and pinch of salt. Blend all ingredients together on low speed until combined. Using a sheet of plastic wrap, place mixture into center of plastic wrap and roll it into a log, twist the ends. Place in refrigerator until solid. 2. Allow steaks to come to room temperature before grilling, sprinkle a medium coat of the Original Kansas City Steak Company Original Steak Seasoning on both sides of the steaks. 3. Preheat grill to high heat. Sear each side for 2 minutes, then decrease the heat to medium and cook the steaks indirectly for 8-9 minutes each side for medium rare. 4. Remove the steaks from the grill and let rest for 5-10 minutes. While steak is resting, slice a 1/2” thick piece of the compound butter and place on top of steak. Serve and enjoy!
