  • 4  Prime Ribeye Steaks
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp. fresh oregano, minced
  • 3 tbsp. Fleur de Sel
  • 3 tbsp. fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce

Place steaks on a large plate. Coat both sides with olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper. Place minced garlic, onion, and chopped oregano on both sides of steak. Drizzle Worcestershire Sauce over steaks. Allow to marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes (no longer) grill over very hot coals until desired internal temperature. Enjoy with a nice red wine.
