  • Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • 2 tbsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tbsp. paprika
  • 1 tbsp. black pepper
  • (baste) 1 cup water
  • 1 cup catsup
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. instant onions
  • 3 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard

Mix garlic salt, paprika and pepper. Sprinkle over chicken, covering the entire surface. Place chicken on the grill skin side up over a medium hot fire. Cover and grill for 30 minutes, turn and cook another 15 minutes. While chicken is grilling make a baste by stirring together the remaining ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil, then turn down heat and simmer for 10 minutes. When chicken is tender, baste entire surface and cook for another 5 minutes, turn and baste again. Chicken is done when it has a good glaze on it (be careful not to burn).
