1/2 cup Jack Daniels Whiskey
1/4 cup pineapple juice
3 tbsp. tomato paste
1/4 cup molasses
1/3 cup applesauce

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup raisins

1 tsp. lemon zest

1 pinch cayenne

Cooking Instructions

Combine all ingredients. Serving Ideas: Reserve some of the marinade to use as a baste for your steaks. Note: Due to the addition of pineapple juice, do not exceed two hours of marinating or deterioration of steak may occur.
