Our Steakburgers that are 6 oz or more, are individually vacuumed-sealed. Our Steakburgers that are 5 oz or less are packaged 2 patties per a vacuum-sealed package. This makes it easy for you to thaw and cook one or more at a time.
A Hamburger consists of ground beef using various meats from the beef animal. Steakburgers are made with ground beef from a specific steak cut. Steakburgers offer an actual cut of steak in patty form, making them a higher-quality experience.

Just like we offer several different cuts of steak to choose from, we offer several different burgers options that are made from steak. Some people prefer the flavor or characteristics of certain steak cuts over another and want that same taste in their burgers.

  • Our Brisket Chuck Steakburgers are made with ground beef exclusively from the Chuck cuts, including the Brisket. Ground Chuck is the perfect choice for burgers because it has the perfect ratio of protein and fat to keep your burger juicy while still adding the bold flavor found in cuts from the beef Chuck. Brisket also adds a rich, hearty flavor sure to satisfy your beefy burger cravings!
  • Our USDA Prime Steakburgers are made with ground beef exclusively from our USDA Prime Private Stock cuts. USDA Prime cuts are known for their remarkable marbling which results in excellent tenderness, flavor, and juiciness.
  • Our American Style Kobe Steakburgers are made exclusively with ground beef from American Style Kobe cuts. These cuts contain the perfect blend of exceptional tenderness, rich marbling and the traditional beef flavor Americans love. The high amount of marbling in these cuts makes the perfect Steakburger — super juicy and flavorful when cooked correctly.
  • Our Classic Steakburgers are made exclusively with high-quality, corn-fed premium ground beef — An unforgettable and irresistible true American Classic! Kansas City Steak Company Steakburgers are so versatile they can even be cooked from frozen which makes them a great last minute meal option. They’re perfect for both outdoor grilling and indoor cooking!
