Cooking
For best results, cook from frozen.
Bake: Preheat oven to 425°F. Use aluminum foil to make a tray with raised edges that is slightly larger than the fish. Place frozen fish with topping in the foil tray. Bake for 20-25 minutes until fish is cooked through.
Oven temperatures may vary. Adjust cooking times accordingly. Cook until fillets reach minimum internal temperature of 145°F
