  • 4 1-inch thick Filet Mignon Mignon Steaks
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp. fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp. fresh garlic
  • 1 tbsp. dried basil
  • 1 tbsp. tamari (fermented soy sauce; lite soy if not available)
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. Thai Chili-Garlic Sauce

Blend all ingredients together and marinate 4 1-inch thick Filet Mignon Mignon Steaks at room temp for 20 minutes. Grill on preheated med-high grill for 6 minutes each side for medium temperature; longer for well-done and shorter for medium-rare or rare. Blend marinade independently and add 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar and 1 tablespoon water and toss with 2 cups raw shredded cabbage for "oriental cole slaw".
