Marinate Jumbo Shrimp or crabmeat in lemon juice. Cook vermicelli in boiling water, stirring constantly. Drain and blanch with cold water. Add onion, peppers, parsley, celery seed, oregano, chives and italian dressing. Moisten with mayonnaise, adding more if necessary. Stir in marinated shrimp or crabmeat, and then add salt and pepper to taste.
