Recipe Ingredients

  • 4 Filet Mignon Steaks
  • tomato slices for garnish
  • 2 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp. chile powder
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar

Cooking Instructions

Combine the first five ingredients above in a small bowl. Mix them together thoroughly. Take a spoon and generously spoon it onto Filet Mignon steaks. Coat all over. Discard any unused rub. Place on plate covered with plastic wrap, and let sit for an hour. Place steaks on BBQ grill over medium heat. Grill for about 15 minutes. Use knife to check to see if the steak is done enough. Serve on plate next to a Ceasar Salad. Garnish with tomato slices near the steak.
