Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Asian BBQ Flank Steak
  • 2 stalks Celery, ΒΌ inch bias cut
  • 2 Carrots, Julienned
  • 1 bunch Green onions, cut on the bias
  • 12 leaves Fresh basil, chiffonade
  • 1/2 bunch Cilantro, minced
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Rice vinegar
  • 1/2 Jalapeno, minced
  • 2 tbsp. Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Garlic, Minced
  • 2 tbsp. Sambal

Details

  1. Cook the Flank Steak to medium rare, or desired doneness, and chill.
  2. Thinly slice the beef, against the grain, and combine with the rest of the ingredients.
