  • 4 (8 oz.)  Kansas City Boneless Ribeye Steak
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 large red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small red onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

In a 12 inch nonstick skillet; heat beef broth, red bell pepper, and onion over medium-high heat and bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and cover with tightly fitted lid and heat pepper mixture an additional 5 minutes. Remove cover from skillet and add Boneless Ribeye Steaks. Sprinkle brown sugar, garlic powder, and black pepper over steaks, evenly distributing among each piece. Raise temperature to medium high and cook steaks, uncovered in skillet according to desired doneness and turn steaks over halfway through cooking process. When steaks are cooked to desired preference, remove from skillet immediately and serve, smothered in juicy pepper and onions. Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 10-15 minutes
