  • 1 1/2 cups salad oil
  • 3/4 cup lite soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tbsp. coarse freshly ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup wine vinegar
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. fresh thyme

Details

Combine all ingredients in a 1 quart glass container and mix well. Cover steaks with marinade let stand in refrigerator overnight. Store marinade in refrigerator in glass container for future use.
