In a large bowl combine the beer, juice, and spices. Mix well. Add the shrimp and marinate for 30 to 40 minutes. Preheat the grill to a medium-high heat. Grill the shrimp 1 to 2 minutes per side. Remove and chill until needed. For the shot: Combine all of the ingredients, and let set for 15 to 30 minutes before using. Final Assembly: Fill a 1 oz. shot glass three quarters full with shot mixture. Place one shrimp on the rim of the shot glass. Garnish with shopped cilantro and lime zest.
