  • 1 lb Jumbo Shrimp, crab meat or Cold Water Lobster Tail, cooked and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 14 oz. vermicelli
  • 1 medium red onion, chopped
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped

Cooking Instructions

Marinate shrimp, crabmeat or lobster in lemon juice. Cook vermicelli in boiling water, stirring constantly. Drain and blanch with cold water. Add onion, peppers, parsley, celery seed, oregano, chives and Italian dressing. Moisten with mayonnaise, adding more if necessary. Stir in marinated Jumbo Shrimp, crab meat or Cold Water Lobster Tails, then add salt and pepper to taste.
