  • 8oz Kansas City Steak Company Ribeye Steak (cut into strips)
  • 3oz white cheddar
  • 1 sub roll
  • 1/2 sweet Vidalia onion - diced into med pieces and grilled
  • 2oz of your favorite mayo
  • 1 red pepper- roast and cut up into medium dice pieces
  • 3oz Kansas city steak rub
  • Cheddar Sauce: 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
