  • 1 TEASPOON OF CRUSHED PLACK PEPPER CORNS

  • 1 TABLESPOON OF FINE CHOPPED RED ONIONS

1. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS (MONOSODIUM SALT, APPLE VINEGAR, SALTED SOY SAUCE, OLIVE OIL AND GARLIC PASTE) WITH RIBEYE STEAK SLICES INTO A PLASTIC BOWL, MIX THEM THOROUGHLY AND KEEP IN THE REFRIGERATOR FOR ONE HOUR. 2. POUR HALF A CUP OF WATER INTO THE PLASTIC BOWL. 3. ADD A TABLESPOON OF CORN FLOUR AND WHISK IT THOROUGHLY UNTIL BECAME LIKE THICK SOUP 4. HEAT THE FRYING PAN AND POUR A TABLESPOON OF OLIVE OIL AND WAIT FOR 30 SECONDS. 5. POUR THE CORN FLOUR MIX INTO THE STEAK PAN AND STIR FOR 3 MINUTES. 6. POUR TEASPOON OF SOY SAUCE AND STIR FOR 2 MINUTES. 7. HEAT THE PAN AND PUT THE MARGARINE. WAIT FOR 30 SECONDS THEN POUR THE MARINATED STEAK. 8. SHALLOW FRY FOR 3 MINUTES THEN SWITCH OFF THE STOVE. 9. PUT A PAN OF CORN FLOUR MIX ON STOVE, ADD 1 TEASPOON OF CRUSHED BLACK PEPPER CORN, GARLIC PASTE, AND FINE CHOPPED RED ONIONS. LET IT SIMMER FOR TWO MINUTES THEN ADD A TABLESPOON OF WHIPPED CREAM STIR FOR ONE MINUTE AND LET IT SIMMER FOR 2 MINUTES THE ADD SALT TO TASTE AND SWITCH OFF THE STOVE. THE PEPPER STEAK SAUCE IS READY 10. TAKE A SLICE OF SESAME BREAD AND PLACE SLICES OF TOMATO AND CUCUMBER ON IT. 11. ADD SLICES OF SHALLOW FRIED STEAK SLICES ON TOP OF TOMATO & CUCUMBER SLICES 12. ADD PCS OF ONION RINGS 13. POUR THE PEPPER STEAK SAUCE ON TOP OF SHALLOW FRIED STEAK & ONION RINGS AND GARNISH ON TOP WITH CHOPPED CORIANDER. 14. THE RIBEYE PEPPER STEAK SAUCE IS READY FOR ONE PERSON AS A LIGHT AND HEALTHY SNACK. NB. YOU CAN COVER WITH ANOTHER SLICE OF SESAME BREAD OR YOU CAN EAT OPEN.
