  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 oz. hot sauce (Texas Pete)
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 1/2 cup fresh ground peppercorns

Details

Mix oil, vinegar, and hot sauce together. Place steaks in shallow dish and pour mixture over. Sprinkle 1/2 of ground pepper over steaks. Let set for 20-30 min. in refrig. Fire up grill, high heat for 10 min. Reduce heat to med-low. Add steaks. Cook as desired, just before removing from grill sprinkle remaining peppercorn over them. Remove from grill and serve immediately.
