  • 1/2 lb. large Jumbo Shrimp
  • 2 boxes lemon pepper angel hair noodles
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 cucumbers
  • parmesan cheese italian dressing

Boil water. Add noodles when water comes to a boil. When noodles are al dente remove from pot and rinse with cold water. While the noodles are being rinsed chop up tomatoes and cucumbers in a bowl. Then mix noodles, tomatoes, and cucumbers in bowl. Next, chop the Jumbo Shrimp into bite size pieces and add to pasta mix. When everything is mixed well, add italian parmesan dressing. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
