  • 3 Kansas City Strip Steaks crisp Bacon

 Place 1 medium sweet red pepper directly under broiler. Broil until skin bubbles and browns. Remove from heat, place in sealed paper bag. Cook 3 Bacon Kansas City Strip Steaks in skillet or microwave to crisp. Remove all skin from pepper, chop finely. Crumble bacon Kansas City Strip Steaks . Blend sweet red pepper, bacon and prepared horseradish into goat cheese. Place dollop of mixture onto freshly cooked meat before serving
