  • 4 oz. Chevre (soft goat's milk cheese)
  • 1 chopped roasted red pepper (skinless)
  • 3 Strips of Bacon
  • 1 tsp. prepared horseradish

Details

Place 1 medium sweet red pepper directly under broiler. Broil until skin bubbles and browns. Remove from heat, place in sealed paper bag. Cook 3 Bacon Strips in skillet or microwave to crisp. Remove all skin from pepper, chop finely. Crumble bacon. Blend sweet red pepper, bacon and prepared horseradish into goat cheese. Place dollop of mixture onto freshly cooked meat before serving
