In a medium saucepan, mix the stout beer, whiskey and peanut oil. Add the Worcestershire and hot sauce. Bring to a slow boil. Add the honey and grind in the white pepper, garlic, salt and cinnamon. Mix well. Turn off heat and allow cooling to room temperature. Marinate steaks for at least 2 hours before grilling. Refrigerate in a tightly sealed container for up to 1 week.
