  • 24 Jumbo Shrimp, peeled and de-veined
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp. fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 tbsp. sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. lime juice
  • 1/4 cup peanut oil
  • 2 tbsp. black sesame seeds

Details

Soak the skewers in cold water for at least 15 minutes. Place the shrimp on skewers so they will lay flat. In a separate bowl whisk together the soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, vinegar, lime juice and peanut oil. Drizzle the Jumbo Shrimp with the vinaigrette. Heat the grill and cook the shrimp for two minutes per side. Place the shrimp on a clean platter and drizzle with the vinaigrette and black sesame seeds.
