  • 4 each American Heart Association Steaks
  • 1/3 cup lime juice
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp. jalapeno, minced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Details

Combine American Heart Association Steaks and all ingredients in a large heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag. Seal bag, and marinate in refrigerator 8-12 hours, turning bag occasionally. Remove steak from bag, reserving marinade. Prepare grill or broiler. Place steak on grill rack or broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Cook 8 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Baste the steak two to three times during the cooking process
