  • 2/3 cup 80 proof amber rum
  • 2/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 small shallot, minced
  • 1 tsp. dried hot red pepper
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil

In a shallow dish, mix rum, soy sauce, garlic, shallot, and red pepper. Add four 1 ½ inch thick 6oz Filet Mignon Mignons. Cover and refrigerate two hours, turning occasionally. Remove steaks from marinade and brush lightly with oil. Broil in preheat broiler, 6 inches from heat for 1 minutes each side. Turn and broil until medium rare. Arrange 6oz Filet Mignon s on serving platter and garnish with watercress, sliced radishes and cucumber spears. Type of Meat/Cut: 6oz Filet Mignon Mignon
