  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup onion, minced
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 2 cups catsup
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. A-1 Steak Sauce

In a saucepan, sauté garlic and onion in butter and oil until soft; do not brown. Add remaining ingredients and simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. For thicker or thinner sauce, adjust water accordingly.
