  • 1.5 lbs. Vidalia Onion Ground Beef
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. salt & pepper
  • 1 (8 oz.) can petite tomatoes
  • 3/4 cup Kansas City Style Barbecue Sauce
  • 1/4 cup catsup
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt

Details

Mix Vidalia Onion Ground Beef, breadcrumbs, egg and salt & pepper. Set aside. In a blender or food processor, blend together petite tomatoes, barbecue sauce, and catsup until smooth. Take 1/2 cup of sauce and mix in with ground beef mixture. Shape meat mixture into a loaf in a shallow roasting pan. Cover top of meatloaf with remaining sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.Time To Prepare: 15
