- 1/4 cup italian dressing
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/8 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp. fresh ground black pepper

Wisk all ingredients together until blended. Cover up to 1 lb. of meat in an airtight container and refrigerate overnight. When your grill is ready, remove the steaks from the marinade container and grill to your desired temperature.
