  • 6 Radishes
  • 1 bunch Cilantro, chopped
  • 2 Limes
  • 1 Jalapeno, julienned
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Details

1. On a Mandolin or with a knife, julienne the radishes. 2. Combine the radishes with the jalapeno, cilantro and juice of the limes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Set aside 3. Grill or sear the steaks until desired doneness, and then top with the radish salad before serving.
