  • 4  Kansas City Strip Steaks , 10 oz. each
  • 6 oz. of good wine
  • assorted dry herbs and spices
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, plus extra
  • 2 tbsp. kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp. black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

Details

In a small mixing bowl, combine vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, and garlic. Place Kansas City Strip Steaks in a 1-gallon size zipper bag and pour contents of bowl in. Squeeze out as much air as possible and seal bag. Allow to marinade for at least 1 hour (counter top) or up to 4 hours (refrigerator). Remove steaks from bag and grill to medium rare.
