Flavorful, tender Kansas City Smoked Brisket is a hit at any gathering! Ours is slow roasted for 12 hours over sweet hickory logs. It’s rich in taste and tender enough to cut with a butter knife. Each 28 oz Brisket is enough to feed your family or a crowd! Comes with our no MSG barbecue sauce already on it.

    Thaw in the refrigerator for 1 day.

    Oven - Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove from packaging and place in shallow baking dish. Cover and cook approximately 20 to 30 minutes or until warm (140°F)

Would have given 5 stars, if the BBQ sauce didn't have high fructose corn syrup as a major ingredient. Suggest package the sauce on the side, like your steak rub.

    How long can I leave the steak tips and the brisket in the freezer ?

    Thank you for your question! For the Tenderloin Tips we recommend shelf life up to one year frozen. For the Brisket we recommend shelf life up to six months frozen. This does not mean they will be no longer consumable after the recommended time, as long as product has been frozen and in original cryovak packaging the product will still be okay.

    WHAT PART OF THE BODY IS BRISKET FROM ?

    How many people on average can you feed with the 28oz option?

    Can the brisket be heated in a microwave and if so, for how long?

    can we break off part of a brisket from the freezer? 28 oz is to much for 2 people.
