Each Boneless Ribeye Steak is carved from our exquisite Prime Rib Roast – for an unbelievably tender and flavorful meal. The Ribeye is one of the most delicious steaks available, with gorgeous marbling and the mouth-watering aroma of beef at its best. Also known as the Delmonico steak.

  • Cooking

    Thaw in refrigerator for at least 24 hours.

    Grill Master (Charcoal/Gas)

  • Season as desired: We recommend Kansas City Steak Original Steak seasoning. Place steaks over medium, ash-covered coals, or, preheat gas grill on high, then reduce to medium heat while cooking steaks.
  • Grill to desired doneness, according to time listed, turning once for 1-inch thick steaks, occasionally for thicker steaks.

    Stove Top Skillet

  • Heat a heavy nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot, for about 5 minutes.
  • Season, as desired. Place steak(s) in preheated skillet (do not overcrowd). Do not add oil or water. Do not cover. Cook to desired doneness according to the times listed, turning once for 1-inch thick steaks, occasionally for thicker steaks.

    Broil

  • Set oven for broiling; preheat 10 minutes. During broiling, the door of an electric oven should be left ajar; the door of a gas oven should remain closed. (Consult your owner’s manual.)
  • Season, as desired. Place steaks on rack in broiler pan. Position broiler pan so that the surface of the beef is 3 to 4 inches from the heat. Broil to desired doneness, according to times listed, turning once.

     USDA Preparation Guidelines for Mechanically Tenderized Beef:
     Grill until product reaches 145F as measured by a food thermometer, and  hold the product at or above that temperature for 3 minutes.

    Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ok but not all I hoped for I recieved the Ribeye in good shape (fully frozen with Dry Ice to spare), thank you. I followed the recommned process of 24hour thaw and then cooked to Med Rare on a charcoal grill. The steaks were good but not any where as good as I expected. The flavor was fine but not great, they were tender but for aged beef should have been fork tender (close but not really). Overall a good steak but not at the price paid. I can get the same non-aged beef locally for less that is about as good. Sorry I was disappointed.

The first 3 that I ate were wonderful... tender, great taste, etc. The 4th one didn't measure up to the first 3. It was quite tough. Before the 4th one I ordered 6 more. I probably would have thought twice about doing so if I had eaten the 4th one before reordering. I know we don't live in a perfect world, but paying this price for a steak, it shouldn't have been as tough as it was.

    When selecting size and count, what does count represent? How is it different from quantity? Thanks.
