    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great treat! I ordered porterhouse steaks and a spiral cut ham for the holidays. This is a fool-proof plan for having some very special dinners as well as having a ham you can rely on for all kinds of sandwiches, breakfasts throughout the holidays. I will do it again!

    Rated 3 out of 5 by from Tasty but, too thin These steaks are tender and juicy but, they are simply cut too thin. They are about 1/2 inch thick which makes it difficult to get a good sear without driving all the juices out and/or over cooking them. I was just a little disappointed. I'd have gladly paid additional for a 1-1/4" ~ 1-1/2" cut option.Even so, they are tasty.Oh by the way; I'm not a big fan of the seasoning provided. A bit too much garlic I believe.
