Spicy Cherry & Balsamic Glaze

2/3 cup black cherry preserves
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. fresh ginger, grated
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions: Mix together preserves, vinegar, honey, grated ginger, salt, and cayenne pepper in a large shallow dish or plastic food storage bag. Add your steak and cover/seal. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (overnight is best).
Servings: 4 to 6
