Mediterranean Steak Sandwich

4 Top Sirloin Sandwich Steaks, 4 oz. each
4 pieces pita bread, warm
1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 can ripe olives, sliced
1 cup onion, chopped

1 tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. garlic chopped
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. fresh ground pepper
Directions: Combine seasoning ingredients and completely coat the Top Sirloin Sandwich Steaks. Place steaks on a broiler pan 4 inches from the heat source and cook for 4 minutes on 1 side and 3 minutes on the other side.

1 cup plain yogurt
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, diced
2 tbs. olive oil
1 tsp., dill weed
1 tsp. garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients and store in refrigerator for future use. Assemble sandwiches by slicing cooked sirloin across the grain into 1/8-inch pieces and all other ingredients, ending with the sauce.
