    Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed with last order I have purchased a gift certificate for a relative for the last several years and they had never mentioned being disappointed until this last year (Dec) They stated the meat just didn't seem to have the high quality of previous years. ??I realize meat is not predictably "flavorable" but I'm having real second thoughts about purchasing the gift again this year. I did make a call to the company and asked to speak with customer service. The telephone agent instead said "What can I help you with?" I explained the whole issue to her but I didn't get the feeling it would be relayed to customer service. She didn't even apologize for the "experience" despite me saying I probably wouldn't order again and take the chance of the recipient being disappointed.

Tiny is more like it-beware.I couldn't use my gift certificate to order online and when I called in it took almost 15 minutes to complete the order. That is much too difficult and will drive customers away who come across the same problem.

    How long does it take to receive e-gift certificates?

    If I'm ordering e-gift certificates that I want to print off, do I need to include a ship to address? If so do I use my address or the recipients?
