Toasted Cocoa and Chile Rub

Toasted Cocoa and Chile Rub

2 tbsp. cocoa powder
1 tbsp. chile powder
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
4 Filet Mignons
tomato slices for garnish
Directions: Combine the first five ingredients above in a small bowl. Mix them together thoroughly. Take a spoon and generously spoon it onto Filet Mignons. Coat all over. Discard any unused rub. Place on plate covered with plastic wrap, and let sit for an hour. Place steaks on BBQ grill over medium heat. Grill for about 15 minutes. Use knife to check to see if the steak is done enough. Serve on plate next to a Ceasar Salad. Garnish with tomato slices near the steak.
