KC Style Pit Baked Beans

1 pkg Brisket
4 can navy beans
1 large onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. molasses
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. mustard
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 cup bbq sauce
salt & pepper to taste
Directions: Rinse beans and place in a deep casserole. Cut brisket into bite-sized pieces and combine with beans. Choose your favorite barbecue sauce and add with remaining ingredients and put into a 300 degree oven with the lid on for thirty minutes. Remove the lid and bake for an additional thirty minutes. Season to taste and serve.
