Creamy Coleslaw

4 cups cabbage, finely shredded
1/4 cup green pepper, minced
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. season salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. ginger
dash white pepper
Directions: Combine sour cream and all seasonings except paprika. Stir cabbage and green pepper into mixture. Refrigerate 1-2 hours, allowing flavors to blend. Sprinkle with paprika and serve.

Serves 4-6
