Aunt Alice's Teriyaki

3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. cider vinegar
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 large clove of garlic
1/2 cup beef broth
1/8 tsp. 5 spice powder
4 steaks, 8 to 10 oz. each
Directions: Combine all ingredients. Pour over meat and marinate 4 hours (or overnight). Do not pierce meat. Grill steaks over med-high heat 4 to 5 minutes per side for medium rare.
